Questa fulminea scalata al potere era stata legittimata dalla vittoria alle primarie del Pd, dall’inconcludenza dell’azione governativa di Letta, e dall’alleanza con Berlusconi con il patto del Nazzareno stipulato per garantirsi la maggioranza parlamentare per realizzare le riforme. Il giovane premier, galvanizzato da uno strepitoso successo alle elezioni europee, iniziò una frenetica attività politica ed in poco tempo fece approvare un insieme di leggi chiamate JOBS ACT, atte a rivoluzionare le relazioni industriali tra imprenditori e dipendenti. Le aziende non potevano più sostenere i costi dello stato sociale per i margini di guadagno ridotti indotti dalla agguerrita concorrenza dei paesi del terzo mondo dopo che erano state abbattute le barriere doganali. Nel IV e V capitolo si parla della de-industrializzazione dell’Italia e della fine della globalizzazione guidata dall’America di Donald Trump nel disperato tentativo di impedire lo strapotere della Cina. Nel VI capitolo infine si parla del successo della Cina nell’ultimo ventennio. Silvano Zanetti è nato il 21 ottobre 1948 in provincia di Bergamo, da famiglia modesta. Dopo aver conseguito la maturità classica, si è iscritto al Politecnico di Torino dove si è laureato in Ingegneria Meccanica. Dal 1977 vive a Milano dove ha lavorato presso diverse aziende metalmeccaniche come tecnico commerciale e maturato una buona conoscenza di usi, costumi ed economia dei Paesi europei ed asiatici. Nel 1992 ha frequentato un Master MBA all’Università Bocconi. Alla fine della sua carriera lavorativa si dedica al suo hobby di sempre, lo studio della storia. La cura di cavallo, sempre più tasse, che propinò all’economia italiana fu tale che il cavallo rischiò di stramazzare. Il Pil italiano ebbe una caduta tragica. Le riforme ridussero di poco il debito, ma non innescarono uno sviluppo economico positivo. Alle elezioni del 2013 il Pd ebbe un risultato inferiore alle previsioni e tentò un accordo con il M5S, una nuova formazione politica, capitanata dal comico Beppe Grillo che aveva ottenuto un successo travolgente. Impossibilitato a formare un governo con i pentastellati il PD incaricò Letta di formare un governo con l’appoggio più o meno velato del di Forza Italia. Con la decadenza di Berlusconi da senatore e per la sua azione compassata il governo Letta cadde a febbraio 2014. Nel VI capitolo si traccia una breve storia della globalizzazione che, patrocinata dagli Stati Uniti, ebbe un grande impulso dal secondo dopoguerra, e nel VII capitolo si tratta dell’ascesa della Cina a nuova potenza economica planetaria. La riforma riduceva il potere del Senato, sopprimeva un Ente inutile il CNEL ed avrebbe modificato le relazioni tra Stato e Regioni con la modifica del titolo V della Costituzione. Silveri Paolo Gentiloni, di nobile discendenza, e navigata esperienza politica nel centro cattolico formò un nuovo governo con l’intento di farlo giungere a fine legislatura nel 2018. Riuscì a bloccare i tentativi anche all’interno del suo governo che volevano annullare d’un colpo la legislazione del precedente governo e con ragionevoli compromessi riuscì ad arrivare alla scadenza naturale della legislatura. Riuscì a fare approvare una nuova legge elettorale in parte maggioritaria ed in parte proporzionale che avrebbe dovuto portare in Parlamento partiti più rappresentativi del corpo elettorale. Sfortunatamente in quell’anno scoppiò una crisi finanziaria in tutto l’Occidente determinata da un eccesso di “denaro facile” nel settore immobiliare e di speculazioni in borsa. La tempesta perfetta avvenne quando a questa crisi economica mondiale, sottovalutata dl Governo, si aggiunse un incremento del deficit pubblico dal 104% al 120% in presenza di una economia stagnante. Per di più in una delle tante inchieste giudiziarie, con l’”affaire Ruby” venne alla luce a vita lussuriosa del premier. Il finale era scritto: l’Europa e l’Italia reclamavano ed ottennero le dimissioni di Silvio Berlusconi nel 2001. La vittoria del candidato delle sinistre, Giuliano Pisapia, alle comunali di Milano era stato un avvertimento per Berlusconi che il vento stava cambiando. Language standardization is an ongoing process based on the notions of linguistic correctness and models. This manual contains thirty-six chapters that deal with the theories of linguistic norms and give a comprehensive up-to-date description and analysis of the standardization processes in the Romance languages. The first section presents the essential approaches to the concept of linguistic norm ranging from antiquity to the present, and includes individual chapters on the notion of linguistic norms and correctness in classical grammar and rhetoric, in the Prague School, in the linguistic theory of Eugenio Coseriu, in sociolinguistics as well as in pragmatics, cognitive and discourse linguistics. The second section focuses on the application of these notions with respect to the Romance languages. It examines in detail the normative grammar and the normative dictionary as the reference tools for language codification and modernization of those languages that have a long and well-established written tradition, i.e. Romanian, Italian, French, Catalan, Spanish, and Portuguese.
