Le temps de retracer l’histoire originale de l’évolution comptable en Afrique francophone est arrivé. Il s’agit de questionner non seulement les pratiques vécues, mais aussi d’analyser les raisons et les perspectives évolutionnistes des états financiers pour une représentation réelle des entreprises et de leurs performances. Il est nécessaire de rappeler aux spécialistes et d’éclairer les profanes, en les invitant à un retour à la source des initiatives comptables prises naturellement. Il s’agit de les mettre sous les feux de l’actualité, et surtout sur les finalités des changements adoptés à partir des états financiers. Ces changements résultent des révisions effectuées sûrement à travers des états financiers, laissant émerger successivement des modèles comptables en 1957, en 1970, en 2000, puis en 2017 et les IAS/IFRS pour l’arène évolutionniste de la comptabilité en Afrique francophone au sud du Sahara. Cet ouvrage juxtapose les modes opératoires de la tenue des états financiers empruntés à la philosophie des affaires, mais adoptée et appliquée d’abord selon le contexte français, puis contextualisée à la réalité de l’Afrique (francophone au sud du Sahara), et enfin arrimée au modèle anglo-saxon pour les entités ayant particulièrement ouvert leur capital.

This volume examines migration between Africa and Europe, rather than just from Africa to Europe. Based on a unique socio-demographic survey carried out both in origin and destination countries (MAFE survey), it argues that return migration, circulation, and transnational practices are significant. Policy design must also take these factors into account. Comparing in a systematic way three flows of African migrants (from Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana and Senegal), this study offers a new view on the patterns, determinants, and family and economic effects of migration. By comparing six European countries (Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK), it shows that the dynamics of migration differ greatly in new vs. old destination countries. Based on a statistical analysis of life histories, this study provides a dynamic view of migration that will help readers better understand current trends as well as future trajectories.
