La revisión y el cuestionamiento de las categorías de análisis que guían tanto los estudios que tienen por objeto las migraciones históricas como aquellos dedicados a las contemporáneas, contribuyen a consensuar y validar argumentos que surgen a la luz de cada caso de estudio, pasado o presente.
