“La Grammatica per schede” è un libro nato dalla pratica didattica e dall’esperienza maturata in un decennio di attività divulgativa. Sue caratteristiche peculiari sono l’esposizione per schede, la visibilità, la tabellazione, l’essenzialità, la funzionalità. Il testo è articolato in capitoli, che trattano in modo essenziale ma esauriente gli argomenti e si sviluppano in una serie di unità. Ogni unità può essere trattata indipendentemente dalle altre unità presenti nel capitolo. Ciascuna unità ha un titolo che visualizza e centra le nozioni da memorizzare e assimilare. Segue una schematizzazione del contenuto dell’unità. La spiegazione è chiara e semplice, in modo da mantenere viva l’attenzione degli alunni. Ogni modulo è corredato da una serie di esercizi con diverso grado di difficoltà ma sostenibili, dove i discenti potranno trovare e analizzare gli elementi grammaticali, oggetto di studio. L’eserciziario propone spesso brani letterari, che abituino gli alunni a lavorare anche su testi d’autore. Gli esercizi sono sempre congrui e funzionali alla parte normativa e arricchiscono il lessico con la pratica del completamento. Particolarmente efficace riteniamo l’esposizione per schede e l’esercizio della tabellazione, proposto continuamente per abituare gli alunni a sistematizzare quanto hanno appreso. A questo scopo si prestano anche le schede (riepilogativa, propedeutica e operativa), il questionario e la mappa concettuale, che si trovano a conclusione di ogni capitolo. In calce al modulo si trovano anche le tavole con i prospetti degli elementi trattati. Il libro funziona come quaderno di lavoro, dato che quasi tutti gli esercizi si possono svolgere sul testo. “La Grammatica per schede”, mediante la schematizzazione e l’inserimento degli argomenti in riquadri e tabelle, si adatta molto bene ad essere utilizzata “telematicamente”, offrendo anche un grosso vantaggio: il computer può velocizzare e facilitare la consultazione del manuale e l’esecuzione degli esercizi con innegabili riflessi positivi sul processo di apprendimento.
