Luego, haremos un segundo recorrido por los modelos de desarrollo aplicados a principios del siglo XXI en diez países de la región: Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Perú, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Paraguay, Uruguay y Brasil, para aterrizar en un tercer recorrido por el análisis sobre los modelos de desarrollo extractivista y armónico, el estado actual de los recursos naturales, la industrialización y la integración/cooperación para el desarrollo.
