Nel mondo stanno nascendo esempi di questa nuova cooperazione digitale. Ma è in Europa che si può avviare un progetto dove la tutela attiva e auto-organizzata dei dati digitali di 500 milioni di cittadini-consumatori, consenta di dare vita ad uno spazio economico e sociale digitale basato su libertà, pluralismo, democrazia e responsabilità piuttosto che sull’egoismo.
