The use of digital information and communication technologies would be the traces of a social acceptability of the exploitation of all data, in the context of negotiations of uses. This is the reason why the users present themselves actors and contributors of the hyperconnectivity. We would thus witness a new form of dissemination, inviting user experience and social innovations. It is thus the victory of subordination by negotiated renunciation; A new form of serving, no longer that of the 1980s, with the counters and other services, which have become uncontrolled services - excepted when the users are overcome by restrictive ergonomics, revealing too much the subordination device - which joins the prescription apparently without an injunction. The lure is at its height when users and broadcasters come together to produce the services and goods, composing the business model, until the very existence of the companies, in particular the pure players. Crowdsourcing becomes legitimate: consumers create the content, deliver the data, the basis of the service sold (in a painless way because free access most of the time, indirect financing), the providers make available and administer the service, networks , Interfaces (representing considerable costs), also reputation to attract the attention of other consumers or contributors. L’informatique se dilue désormais dans le vaste magma du numérique. Un numérique qui irrigue aujourd’hui les moindres replis de notre société, que ce soit dans les domaines professionnels, transactionnels, domestiques ou relationnels. Cette diffusion modifie-t-elle pour autant ce que nous avons appelé en 2012 le mode d’existence idéologique des TIC? Cette dissémination permettrait-elle de sortir de ce que nous avions baptisé alors l’impensé informatique? Il semblerait que non. C’est en tout cas ce que montre ce livre en deux tomes, puisqu’il présente ce que l’on peut désormais appeler un véritable impensé numérique qui travaille à l’acceptation du numérique dans notre société, voire à un apprivoisement des usagers du numérique aux logiques qu’il instaure. Le premier tome de ce travail offre un panorama qui va des années 1980 aux réseaux sociaux. Il teste l’hypothèse de l’impensé sur des «objets» comme la carte d’identité et le passeport informatisés, le bogue de l’an 2000, les rapports officiels, ou les notions-cadres de régulation / dérégulation. Il éclaire également d’un jour nouveau, toujours sous le révélateur de l’impensé, les pratiques du logiciel libre comme celles des réseaux sociaux, celles de Google comme celles du Web 2.0.
