Il PRIMO CAPITOLO è dedicato alla disamina dei PROFILI STRUTTURALI, ossia a quelli più strettamente afferenti alla disciplina codicistica dei soggetti coinvolti nell’espletamento delle operazioni peritali, nonché delle varie FASI DELL’ITER PROCEDURALE concernente la nomina, il conferimento dell’incarico e la redazione dell’elaborato peritale. Nel SECONDO e nel TERZO CAPITOLO si affrontano, rispettivamente, i PROFILI PROCESSUALI e i SINGOLI CASI di perizia. Tali importanti tematiche vengono approfondite con dovizia di dettagli, prestando particolare attenzione alla giurisprudenza – specie a quella più recente – e alla dottrina, nonché ai protocolli e alle linee guida.
