“Cinque minuti” pensò il signor Marconi. “Alle due in punto porrò fine a tutto ciò. E nessuno potrà impedirmelo.” Sono questi i pensieri di un uomo che la notte del 2 novembre si ritrova in piedi in equilibrio precario sul cornicione del ponte della città. Il tempo non ha curato la sofferenza per la perdita della moglie a causa di un tumore e nessun antidepressivo né le sedute dalla psicologa gli hanno fatto riscoprire la voglia ancora di vivere. Un salto nel vuoto come un salto nel tempo, in un universo nero che ti inghiotte, dove vortici di ricordi e giorni lontani risucchiano tutta la vita in un solo attimo. Ma molto più spesso di quanto pensiamo o di quanto in effetti ci accorgiamo, le coincidenze perfette o imperfette possono far cambiare per sempre il corso della nostra vita, nel bene o nel male. Così proprio nell’attimo in cui il signor Marconi decide di fare un salto nel vuoto, la sua vita si incrocia con quella di Marta che si troverà lì proprio per altre strane coincidenze della sua vita. Incontri che, pagina dopo pagina, lasciano tracce e non-incontri che a loro volta fanno sì che il corso della vita prenda altre strade. In queste storie saranno proprio gli incontri a far prendere vie diverse alla vita di ciascuno. Lorenzo Cocozza nasce a Napoli nel 1999. Da sempre con il sogno di diventare scrittore, inizia a scrivere racconti durante l’infanzia. A diciannove anni si diploma al Liceo di Scienze Umane a Portici. Nel 2021, in seguito ad un incidente, viene ricoverato per sei mesi in ospedale ed è costretto sulla sedia a rotelle. In ospedale scrive parte del suo primo libro, Incontri, per poi completarlo tornato a casa. È iscritto all’Università di Scienze per la Pace di Pisa.
