Ce livre est le deuxième volet de l’ouvrage consacré au guide touristique en tant que lieu de rencontre entre lexique et images du patrimoine culturel, ouvrage issu du colloque qui s’est déroulé le 11 et 12 juin 2015 à Pise et Florence. Ce volume porte l’attention sur l’image, en tant que représentation du réel mais aussi en tant que lieu à partir duquel l’imagination peut s’exercer en évoquant des représentations mentales (l’imaginaire). Les trois parties proposées (I. Les images du voyage; II. L’art dans le guide; III. Les guides entre imaginaire et propagande) entendent suggérer des parcours de réflexions autour du guide touristique, un objet qui n’a cessé de se transformer et qui, à travers le lexique et les images, a su transmettre les patrimoines culturels le plus différents et les plus pittoresques.

The collection examines the intersection of the intertwined topics of cultural property, reproduction of tradition, and change with issues of (post)colonial representation, authenticity, and ethnic identity. The essays advance new insights on the tourist gaze and the safeguarding of intangible cultural heritage and pose serious questions regarding the role of digital and social media as tools for preserving cultural legacies and extending traditional cultural worlds into new domains. Focusing on the response of the Sawau tribe of the island of Beqa to the commodification of the vilavilairevo as their iconic practice, this essay collection ultimately illuminates how the Christian cultural dynamics and unprecedented dogmatic schism surrounding the vilavilairevo spectacle are reshaping local notions of heritage, social sentiment, and social capital.

Il Tirocinio Diretto Digitale Integrato rappresenta una nuova e importante modalità di tirocinio di carattere sperimentale, che ha la funzione primaria di garantire a tutti la possibilità di vivere questa fondamentale esperienza pre-professionale anche attraverso modalità virtuali e di ampliare e arricchire le opportunità di formazione per i futuri docenti di scuola dell’infanzia e di scuola primaria. Il progetto sperimentale, nato dalla necessità di dare una risposta al bisogno di garantire la praticabilità di percorsi professionalizzanti in una fase in cui, a causa della pandemia, non era possibile accogliere tutti gli studenti nelle scuole, è stato progettato con l’Ufficio Scolastico Regionale della Toscana e rappresenta l’esito dell’impegno costante del corso di laurea con l’USR Toscana per garantire il diritto allo studio degli studenti e valorizzare la disponibilità delle scuole ad accogliere i tirocinanti.
