Le pharmacien et son équipe doivent être en mesure d'accompagner le patient dans l'utilisation de la santé connectée. L'investissement dans ce domaine peut lui apporter de nombreux atouts pour continuer à transformer son métier. Le grossiste-répartiteur est un interlocuteur très important pour le pharmacien avec la livraison quotidienne des médicaments. Il a en effet un rôle d'intermédiaire entre les laboratoires et les pharmacies. Son rôle est essentiel pour que les patients puissent accéder le plus rapidement possible à leurs traitements. Cependant, ce milieu rencontre de très nombreuses difficultés. La diminution des marges mais aussi la très forte concurrence amènent à une absence de résultats financiers pour tous les acteurs. Ils doivent donc sans cesse se transformer pour trouver de nouvelles formes de rémunération. De nombreux services ont donc été mis en place par les répartiteurs pour accompagner le pharmacien. Le partenariat entre le pharmacien et le grossiste peut être renforcé par la santé connectée. Les deux entités doivent donc travailler dans l'appréhension de cette nouvelle forme de santé pour pouvoir aider les patients dans son utilisation. Au final, la répartition pharmaceutique peut avoir un très grand rôle en s'investissant sur la santé connectée pour accompagner le patient dans le but notamment d'améliorer l'observance et la prévention. Le rôle du pharmacien se voit renforcé grâce à la possibilité de travailler l'expérience client et d'accéder à de nouvelles missions. Enfin, les grossistes-répartiteurs peuvent montrer leur importance aux autorités mais aussi continuer à diversifier leurs activités.

L'objectif de ce sujet est d'établir un état des lieux de la gestion actuelle de la collection au sein d'Alliance Healthcare Répartition afin de trouver des points d'amélioration pour satisfaire les clients pharmaciens. Dans un premier temps, nous faisons un bref rappel de la chaîne de distribution du médicament. Ce rappel a pour but de situer le grossiste répartiteur au sein de la chaîne. Dans un second temps nous allons aborder la gestion de la collection, c'est-à-dire le fonctionnement de la gestion du référencement et des niveaux de référencement. Ensuite nous ferons un état général de l'économie de l'officine et des attentes des clients. Et enfin nous mettrons en avant deux aspects qui semblent aujourd'hui très important à prendre en compte : - la révision de la collection en fonction d'un panel de client, afin de satisfaire localement le plus de pharmaciens clients en fonction du marché dans cette zone. -l'Urgence thérapeutique, élément qui aujourd'hui est très important au vue de l'évolution des thérapies à disposition. La gestion de collection doit, aujourd'hui, s'inscrire dans une logique de partenariat pharmacien-répartiteur permettant l'amélioration de la qualité du service final du pharmacien vers le patient.

The impetus for this work emerged from Savall’s belief that there is a doubleloop interaction between social and economic factors in organizations, between behaviors and structures, and between the quality of life in organizations and their economic performance. When managers underestimate this dynamic interaction, the resulting tension ultimately manifests in lowered performance and increased costs, what he refers to as the “hidden costs” of organizational life. Only by delving into the depths of these organizational dynamics can we hope to fully understand – and create the basis for improving – organizational performance. The Qualimetrics Approach presents a different and challenging way of thinking about analyzing organizations, one that draws together quantitative information, financial analysis and qualitative insights into organizational dynamics. As Savall and Zardet argue, to gain a true understanding of what is happening in organizations, intervener-researchers must focus on all three perspectives, as ignoring any one of them will lead to incomplete understandings. Their approach underscores the importance of using qualitative data to validate quantitative depictions (“the numbers”) of organizational performance in understanding the construction of financial statements. The strength of Savall and Zardet’s approach is that it pushes us to go deeper, to fully understand the narratives underlying the numbers and the social construction of our financial assessments.

The adulteration and fraudulent manufacture of medicines is an old problem, vastly aggravated by modern manufacturing and trade. In the last decade, impotent antimicrobial drugs have compromised the treatment of many deadly diseases in poor countries. More recently, negligent production at a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy sickened hundreds of Americans. While the national drugs regulatory authority (hereafter, the regulatory authority) is responsible for the safety of a country's drug supply, no single country can entirely guarantee this today. The once common use of the term counterfeit to describe any drug that is not what it claims to be is at the heart of the argument. In a narrow, legal sense a counterfeit drug is one that infringes on a registered trademark. The lay meaning is much broader, including any drug made with intentional deceit. Some generic drug companies and civil society groups object to calling bad medicines counterfeit, seeing it as the deliberate conflation of public health and intellectual property concerns. Countering the Problem of Falsified and Substandard Drugs accepts the narrow meaning of counterfeit, and, because the nuances of trademark infringement must be dealt with by courts, case by case, the report does not discuss the problem of counterfeit medicines.

This is the first detailed account of a new approach to microphysics based on two leading ideas: (i) the explicit dependence of physical laws on scale encountered in quantum physics, is the manifestation of a fundamental principle of nature, scale relativity. This generalizes Einstein's principle of (motion) relativity to scale transformations; (ii) the mathematical achievement of this principle needs the introduction of a nondifferentiable space-time varying with resolution, i.e. characterized by its fractal properties.The author discusses in detail reactualization of the principle of relativity and its application to scale transformations, physical laws which are explicitly scale dependent, and fractals as a new geometric description of space-time.
