Die Gesundheit! Das ist ein Teil des Lebens, welches ber die Lebensqualit t jeden einzelnen Menschen auf dieser Erde einen Ausschlag gibt. Wer in unserer heutigen Gesellschaft ein recht gut Verdienender ist, der kann sich gegen ber Minderverdienenden eine gute und solide medizinische Versorgung leisten. Betrachten wir in diesem Zusammenhang zum Beispiel die USA. Es existiert hier nur eine gewisse medizinische Grundversorgung, die alle US- Amerikaner in Anspruch nehmen k nnen. Diesen Anspruch haben alle, egal aus welchen Schichten sie kommen. Nun betrachten wir aber einmal den Fall, dass wir zwei Amerikaner mit ein und demselben Profil haben (Alter, Geschlecht und Erkrankung). Der einzige Unterschied ist, das beide aus unterschiedlichen Gesellschaftsschichten kommen. Der eine (A) ist ein gut verdienender Mitarbeiter einer gro en Firma, der andere (B) ein Gelegenheitsarbeiter, ohne gro e finanzielle Absicherung. Nun denken wir mal beide ben tigen eine Behandlung auf eine bestimmte Erkrankung. Da A sich nicht nur eine medizinische Grundversorgung leisten kann, sondern noch die eine oder andere Zusatzversorgung, so kann man davon ausgehen, das dieser A eine schnellere und bessere Behandlung erf hrt als B mit seiner Grundversorgung. Dies hat zur Folge, das A schneller eine med. Behandlung erf hrt als B, das A bessere med. Mittel bekommt als B und das A auch wieder schneller am "gesunden, normalen" Leben teilhaben kann. All dies bleibt dem B verwehrt. Hier bildet sich deutlich der Fall der 2-Klassengesllschaft ab. Erfahren wir hier in Deutschland nicht allm hlich den gleichen Weg. Tendieren wir nicht auch zu einer "Zweiklassen- Gesellschaft," medizinisch gesehen? Ist es denn nicht sogar heute schon an der Tagesordnung, "Privatpatient vs. Kassenpatient"? Wer bekommt eher einen Termin beim Spezialisten, wer muss wohl l nger auf eine Behandlung warten?
