Es existiert eine markante Differenz in Organisationen der Sozialen Arbeit: "Systemische Konzepte" zum methodischen Handeln in der Sozialen Arbeit erscheinen allgegenwärtig; allerdings trifft man in den Leitungsebenen der Einrichtungen und Dienste auf ein eher zweckrational ausgerichtetes Managementverständnis.
