Im Mittelpunkt dieser neuen Arbeits- und Lernformen steht der gleichwertige Erwerb von fachlichen, sozialen und personalen Kompetenzen unter dem Leitbild des Erwerbs einer umfassenden beruflichen Handlungskompetenz . Die betriebliche Weiterbildung entwickelt sich mehr und mehr zu einem Organisationslernen, wobei man sich nicht mehr nur auf die Kompetenzentwicklung oder auf das Individuum selbst beschränkt, sondern darum bemüht ist die Einbindung des Einzelnen in die Entwicklung seines Arbeitsplatzes, seiner Abteilung und seines Betriebes stärker in den Vordergrund zu rücken . Um dies vollziehen zu können, gibt es verschiedene Lernmethoden.
