Els recorreguts que presenta el llibre permetran al ciclista endinsar-se en terres osonenques a través de catorze propostes diferents, totes perfectament descrites i acompanyades de mapes. Dotze dels recorreguts proposats per l'autor són circulars, fet que ens permet començar-los on ens convingui, i dos dels itineraris són lineals.
