Every human being has a need related to his or her condition. In his Gospel, John uses nine cases to represent the various conditions and needs of human beings in order to illustrate that Jesus Christ as life fully meets the need of man’s every case. In this booklet taken from Life-study of John, Witness Lee focuses on the eighth of these nine cases, the case of the blind man in John 9. When the Lord Jesus healed this man, He did so in a particular way, unveiling not only the need of the blind but also life’s sight.

People ask me, aEURoeHow did you do it having six children and raising them totally blind?aEUR I always give them the same answer. aEURoeWith the help of God.aEUR This is the gospel truth. I donaEUR(tm)t know how I would have done it without His help. It was not easy, but I was determined to have children with or without sight. I always wanted children, even when I was a little girl. I was always around them. I was the youngest of three, but when you come from a big Italian family, there are always kids around; and more than likely, a lot of babies to take care of and play with. So taking care of babies was not hard for me. I was always very comfortable taking care of my own. How would you feel if a doctor told you at the age of twenty-three that you are going to be blind and there is no cure? I was a newlywed at the time. Would my new husband want to stay with a blind wife? Would I be able to accept living in the dark in a sighted world? Would all my dreams of a home and children go up in smoke? I never wanted to be a burden to my husband. ThataEUR(tm)s when I drew on my faith and trusted in God. If God got me to it, He would get me through it. You will read about the miraculous ways God worked things out in my life. The way in which I had my children was miraculous. He said, aEURoeFor I know the plans I have for youaEUR (Jeremiah 29:11). God is always in control. When I was a young girl, I was very insecure and shy. But with this change in my life, I had to toughen up, and thataEUR(tm)s exactly what I did. I went through a lot of hard times in my life, but a lot of happy times too. The secret is how you deal with it all. There was fun and lots of laughter, and a lot of surprises too. LifeaEUR(tm)s journey is very simple. You just follow the Lord and you canaEUR(tm)t go wrong. I am still following that path today, and I can say that, aEURoeYes, indeed, I walk by faith, and not by sight!aEUR (2 Corinthians 5:7).

We all have a story to tell I just decided to write mines in poetry. To let people know it's possible to overcome our mountains. I'm not perfect but I do have faith. This book is about overcoming not just mountains but even ourselves. We always think that we know what we are doing and where were going. We have been fooling ourselves in so many ways. This book is to let people know you can change your situations. Sometimes we must go through it so we can show it. To show what faith can do even if it's the size of a mustard seed. This book is to let people know that no matter what your past was like you can still become something special. Your past only determine your future unless you let it. This book is about Pain from a love one, Struggles in Life, Regrets that we make, Victory over the enemy, Faith, Love, Manhood, Family and the Value of Living. You must have a test in order to have a testimony. This book is about becoming a Victor and not a Victim. How you are at your best when you are tired and have nothing left to give in your body. But, you still hold your head high and keep fighting the good fight. Like they say you can get knocked down 5 times as long as you got up 6 times. Somebody told me that it's better to see where you going and that the blind can't lead the blind. I say that's the problem we depend on man to lead. But, also when you can't see where we going. We must depend on somebody to guide us through the dark times. It just depends on who you choose to guide you. The blind can't lead the blind because both are blind MEN. I want GOD to guide me this time. That's why I named the book "Walking With My Eyes Closed".

Vision—what is it? Vision is a physical, mental, and spiritual phenomena of enlightenment. Phenomenal Vision: Eyesight to Life Sight is an intriguing exploration of Rev. Dr. Leonidas A. Johnson's pioneering insight into the relationship between eyesight and the various ways we view and process information in life. The aim of this book is not only to help teach how to process information about our world that encompasses a biblical worldview but also to help develop a biblically sound decision-making strategy. According to him, "next to life itself, God's most precious gift is sight—the window to this thing called life." Poor life sight is a preventable tragedy. Why view life through a dirty or fogged-up window? Poor life sight is correctable. Dr. Leonidas has spent a lifetime helping people to see. In these last days, he has written this book to help you to see. To live a phenomenal life, you must have phenomenal vision. To have phenomenal vision you must have phenomenal life sight. How is your eyesight and more importantly how is your life sight? For an answer read this book, it's key!2 | Page

A moving story of hope, faith, persistence and the power of dreams. A piano prodigy, a nineteen-year-old college grad, a Marshall scholar, and an American Idol finalist. This guy had it made. He could sing. He could ski blind. What couldn’t he do? Even if you saw him in concert, you might not believe that Scott MacIntyre is blind, and you’d never guess that at nineteen, he faced a diagnosis that rocked his family and nearly took his life. So how did he do it? How did he overcome the odds? This is Scott’s story, but he’d be the first to tell you that it’s not really about him. This is the story of how God used a dedicated family, a selfless acquaintance, hardship, and a host of characters to give him life, faith, determination, and experiences most can only imagine. Peek behind the scenes to see how he learned to overcome his disability, how he made it in the music industry, how he found the love of his life, and how God taught him that in all things, we can truly achieve our dreams By Faith, Not by Sight.
