Disamina apposita riguarda il concorso di reati (inteso quale violazione di più norme penali o più violazioni della medesima norma penale da parte di uno stesso soggetto), illustrato distinguendo, in particolare, il concorso materiale di reati, il c.d. concorso apparente, il concorso formale di reati, l'istituto della continuazione di reati, l'aberratio ictus e l'aberratio delicti.
