The first four (4) pages of this booklet are re-printed from another booklet distributed by Robert Smith Reinhardt in August 1924, at the time of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the completion of Magnolia Grove by David Smith. The remainder of this booklet is a short genealogy of ninety three (93) direct descendants of John Barnett Smith and Barbara Dellinger Smith, son and daughter-in-law of David, who owned and lived in Magnolia for their entire married life. David, John Barnett, and Barbara smith are buried in the family cemetery near their home, along with a number of other relatives. This genealogy was compiled from 1965 to 1979 by john Sumner Smith, and published in 1981. The data is complete except for birth dates which have had to be omitted because they were not made available. Known changes have been made through 15 March 1981.
