Hierbei gehe ich auf die getroffenen Managemententscheidungen im Geschäftsverlauf näher ein und erläutere bzw. rechtfertige unser Vorgehen auf Basis der fiktiven wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung. Die Entscheidungen werden dabei soweit möglich mit wissenschaftlicher Literatur fundiert. Zudem werden weitere Empfehlungen für die zukünftige Geschäftstätigkeit gegeben und im letzten Kapitel Kritik an begangenen Fehlern während der Simulation geübt. Das Planspiel TOPSIM - General Management II ist ein anspruchsvolles, generelles und aktuelles Industrie-Planspiel. Es behandelt alle Bereiche eines Unternehmens von der Fertigung über Einkauf, Personalplanung, Forschung und Entwicklung bis hin zu Marketing und Vertrieb, sowie auch Themen wie Produktlebenszyklen, Personalqualifikation, Produktivität, Rationalisierung, Umweltaspekte, Aktienkurs, Unternehmenswert und ab der Version 11.0 auch das Rating. In der Standardversion sind bereits drei Wirtschaftsszenarien wählbar. Vier zusätzliche Spielverläufe können erworben werden. Ein umfangreiches Berichtswesen (internes Rechnungswesen mit detaillierter Kostenrechnung, externes Rechnungswesen, ausführliche Marktforschungsberichte) liefert die Informationen für die Entscheidungen der Teilnehmer. Komplexitätssteigerung im Spielverlauf: Modulares, nach didaktischen Gesichtspunkten aufgebautes Konzept: Die Teilnehmer werden schrittweise an komplexe Themenstellungen herangefürt. Für die Durchführung stehen dem Planspielleiter verschiedene Szenarien zur Verfügung. Integrierte Sprachumschaltung deutsch/englisch/französisch/italienisch/russisch/griechisch. Dafür wurden langfristige und nachhaltige Strategien entwickelt. In der folgenden Arbeit werden die Erfolgsfaktoren des Unternehmens erläutert. Zu Beginn werden die allgemeinen Unternehmensziele, sowie die Strategie dargestellt. Vertiefend fokussiert sich der anschließende Teil auf die Handlungsparameter und Entscheidungsfelder des Ressorts Finanz- und Rechnungswesen. Unter Berücksichtigung der gewählten Unternehmensstrategie, dem Outpacing, werden hierbei schwerpunktmäßig Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage des Unternehmens untersucht. Abschließend wird die Zielerreichung im Fazit resümiert und ein Zukunftsausblick gegeben.
