INTRODUCTION The Wisemen Council a été créée en 2009 à Montréal, QEC, en réponse à un besoin de Consultant en Gestion de projets à compétence transversales. Le positionnement a progressivement évolué de façon cumulative vers l’accompagnement d’entrepreneurs ethniques avec la composition de la Doctrine d’économie politique de la Méthode Ka en 2012 pour les Diaspora à l’Ouest, puis vers le développement international par l’autonomisation des entrepreneurs informels aboutissant en 2018 à un Schisme de notre Firme de Consultation et Think Tank avec les politiques arbitraires de renforcement de capacités diverses et l’application d’un modèle de féminisme contraire aux valeurs traditionnelles et mystiques locales (Matriarcat) contre un accès privilégié et pressant aux ressources des Pays du Sud. Des trocs jugés iniques en matière de formation et de coopération auxquels nous voulons substituer des Modes d’Organisation de Vie Entrepreneuriale Simple (MOVES) et des Partenariats de Vision Commune (PVC). En 2020, les droits civiques des Acteurs économiques et Leaders communautaires de nos populations cibles (Perfora: Peuple rituel Islamologue et Ancestrologue; Diaspora: Peuple virtuel Allophone; Fraternia: Amérique du Sud, Afrique Subsaharienne, Asie du Sud) sont menacés par le Stress (danger panique), la Manipulation (dette numérique) et le Doute (données génétiques) avec un nouveau type de Grande Angoisse sur la Santé ouvrant la voie à la virtualisation de la Finance mondiale.
