Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2001 im Fachbereich BWL - Allgemeines, Note: 2,0, Universität Leipzig (Stiftungslehrstuhl Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit hatte zum Ziel, für ein konkretes Immobiliendienstleistungsunternehmen, die Montan Wohnungsgesellschaft, einen Überblick über die Marktsituation zu geben und anschließend Wege zur Marktbearbeitung aufzuzeigen. Dabei erfolgte eine Beschränkung auf die ausschließliche Betrachtung der Kundengruppe der Immobilieneigentümer. Anforderungen der Mietkunden wurden nicht untersucht. Dazu wurde im 1. Abschnitt die MWG vorgestellt und, soweit möglich, die derzeitigen Probleme skizziert. Es sollte deutlich gemacht werden, welche Erfahrungen das Unternehmen bereits aufweisen kann und wo derzeit noch Mängel bestehen. Der zweite Abschnitt erfolgte mit der Intention, das Konzept des Facilities Managements unter Outsourcingaspekten zu betrachten. Die gefundenen Möglichkeiten lassen ein breites Betätigungsfeld vor allem während der Nutzungsphase der Immobilien vermuten. Die Auswertung verschiedener Analysen sowie einer eigenen Befragung zeigen, dass in der Praxis ein externes FM nur teilweise erfolgt. Vor allem die eigentlichen Managementprozesse werden von Immobilieneigentümern häufig selbst übernommen. Dafür wurde festgestellt, dass kaum leistungsbezogene Unterschiede zwischen den Immobilieneigentümern vorhanden sind. Ob die Bestände groß oder klein sind, in privatwirtschaftlichen oder öffentlichen Besitz, die Leistungswünsche und Anforderungen an einen externen Dienstleister sind nahezu identisch. Dies ermöglicht eine einfachere Ausgestaltung der Marketinginstrumente. Der 3. Abschnitt soll Wege zeigen, wie die Erkenntnisse der vorangegangenen Abschnitte umgesetzt werden können. Es werden Möglichkeiten diskutiert, wie auf Basis des vorliegenden Datenmaterials Marketingstrategien aussehen könnten und auf welche Weise die Marketinginstrumente zum Einsatz kommen können. Auf diese Weise konnten speziell für die MWG Ansätze gezeigt werden, wie bestehende Mängel abgebaut werden sollten. Die Arbeit liegt in einer von der MWG für die Veröffentlichung frei gegebenen Form vor. Auf Seite 4 und 5 wurden auf Wunsch des Unternehmens einige Erlöszahlen durch „x“ ersetzt. Diese Zahlen haben jedoch für den eigentlichen Inhalt der Diplomarbeit keine Bedeutung.

The emerging precision medicine approach aims to tailor disease prevention and treatment to each patient on the basis of individual variability, environmental factors and lifestyle. Devoted to counterparts of classical structures of mathematical analysis in analysis over local fields of positive characteristic, this book treats positive characteristic phenomena from an analytic viewpoint. Building on the basic objects introduced by L. Carlitz - such as the Carlitz factorials, exponential and logarithm, and the orthonormal system of Carlitz polynomials - the author develops a kind of differential and integral calculi. He also expands on the basics of an analytic theory of (Carlitz's) differential equations, providing a useful foundation for the study of various special functions. The differential calculus is extended to a type of Rota's umbral calculus, and an investigation is made of the corresponding rings of differential operators. A theory of quasi-holonomic modules over these rings, having some common features with holonomic modules in the sense of Bernstein, is also connected to some special functions in the spirit of Zeilberger's theory.
