Der Bereich der Innovation, Forschung und Entwicklung gibt Aufschluss darüber, ob und wenn ja, wie marktorientiert das Innovationsmanagement L'Oréals ist. Ferner sollen die Themen Personalmanagement und Diversität erklären, wie L'Oréal durch verschiedene Prozesse potenzielle Arbeitnehmer findet, diese im Unternehmen effizient und effektiv einsetzt und inwiefern sich die Diversität des Personals auf die Belegschaft und auf den Erfolg des Unternehmens auswirkt.
