La implantación del Espacio Europeo de Enseñanza Superior (EEES) entraña una reorganización profunda en los sistemas y métodos de aprendizaje universitario. Presupone la implantación de metodologías que revalorizan la participación activa del alumno junto a un seguimiento más puntual de su aprendizaje, el apoyo mediante tutorías o, en este caso, la puesta en marcha de otros métodos que complementen una enseñanza preteridamente integral, versátil y eficaz. La presente obra plantea, pues, una miscelánea de herramientas para la docencia del derecho social en este momento de renovación didáctica y pedagógica. Su propuesta, diversificada a través de lecturas, ejercicios, tests, casos prácticos, seminarios, redes y mapas conceptuales, plantea un método calificable como «iter-ativo» e «interactivo». «Iter-ativo», porque todos los materiales parten de un «camino de realización» previamente diseñado por el equipo docente para potenciar, según los casos y de forma paralela, varias destrezas del alumno (v. gr. heurísticas, sistémico-cognitivas, etc.). E «interactivo», además, porque dependiendo de la manera como solvente tales retos, sus resultados revierten de nuevo en el profesor planteándose constantes «iter»/acciones entre docentes y discentes.
