Pada bab ini juga diberikan penjelasan tentang cara mengaktifkan (membuka) dan menutup program aplikasi microsoft excel, menyimpan dokumen, membuka dokumen, menyalin worksheet, menghapus worksheet, dan menyembunyikan worksheet. Materi buku ini diharapkan dapat membantu pendidik dalam mengolah hasil penilaian pada mata pelajaran yang diampu. Materi buku ini juga diharapkan dapat membantu tenaga kependidikan di sekolah dalam hal membantu pendidik di sekolah dalam bidang administrasi hasil penilaian, sehingga sekolah dapat melaksanakan pelaporan hasil belajar semester tepat waktu.
