Die "Methoden zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit im Freizeit- und Tourismusbereich" stellt eine spezielle Problematik dar, die in der Forschung viele unterschiedliche Konzepte hervorgerufen hat. Dennoch ist es ein Thema aus dem richtigen Leben, denn jeder von uns möchte in jeglichem Servicebereich zufriedengestellt werden und wir, als zukünftig zu erwartende Jungunternehmer sind besonders an der Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden interessiert. Um herauszufinden, welche Wege und Möglichkeiten zur Steigerung und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit existieren, haben wir uns für diese Thema entschieden. Die Kundenzufriedenheit ist das zentrale Element zur Sicherung des Unternehmenserfolges und auch ein wichtiger Maßstab für Erfolg oder Misserfolg von Marketingaktivitäten. Was ist unter dem Begriff Kundenzufriedenheit zu verstehen? Welche Maßnahmen sind zu ihrer Steigerung und Erhaltung nötig? Diese und noch detailliertere Fragen stehen im Mittelpunkt dieser Arbeit. Einleitend erhält der Leser Einblick in die Problematik der Begriffsdefinition, um ein besseres Verständnis für die nachfolgenden Abhandlungen zu haben. Im nächsten Abschnitt wird er über die Messung der Kundenzufriedenheit informiert. Die vorgestellten Verfahren basieren auf den Ansätzen zur Messung, und anschließend wird das deutsche Kundenbarometer als Messlatte der Kundenzufriedenheit auf
