Mi Libro Alterego;" Un abuso, una violación, un maltrato más allá de una denuncia"; es para todas las Madres, Padres y Tutores de Niños y Niñas abusadas, violadas o maltratadas. Es un testimonio real que yo viví. Yo sufrí abuso, violación y recibí maltrato físico y psicológico. Es por eso que debía escribir mi Libro. Testimonial para ayudar al mundo a que mujeres y también hombres saquen la voz si alguna vez sufrieron abuso, violación, maltrato; y así ayudar a que hagan la denuncia y sigan el paso a paso que aparece. El maltrato infantil, por su parte es uno de los problemas más graves y dolorosos de la sociedad moderna. Según estudios de Unicef, en América Latina seis millones de niñas y niños sufren maltrato; severo por sus padres o familiares y 85 mil mueren cada año como consecuencia de estos abusos. Según la OMS, uno de cada cinco menores sufre abuso sexual antes de cumplir los 17 años. En Europa, Estados Unidos y Canadá, un 20% de los niños y niñas han sufrido abuso y violación. Cambiar los números depende de todos, así que con este libro insisto en que quiero hacer un intento de apelar a la conciencia individual y colectiva, para que ese "1 de cada 5 niños" se transforme en un 0. Es inaudito, creer que en una sociedad civilizada, con derechos elementales resguardados, con un Estado de derecho activo, con pautas morales normadas, sigan existiendo brutalidades (abuso, violación y maltrato físico, o maltrato psicológico) de esta naturaleza que son imposibles de comprender bajo los estándares tradicionales de los delincuentes. Si bien, lo que relato escuetamente en los capítulos anteriores -sobre lo que pasó en mi caso personal, en que las agresiones fueron propinadas por gente muy cercana de mi entorno familiar- es lo que a mí me sucedió, es algo que le pasa a cientos de miles de niños y niñas en todo el mundo. Por eso, cada día, los adultos que estén por diferentes circunstancias a cargo de infantes desde la más tierna infancia -hasta una edad en la que se puedan expresar sin temores ni culpas, una edad en la que puedan entender que ellos son las víctimas y no los victimarios- son los llamados a distinguir señales, a escuchar silencios, a desenterrar gritos de ahogo. Mi Alterego, "Un abuso, una violación y un maltrato más allá de una denuncia" tiene un para qué muy importante. Queridos lectores, quería dejar este testimonio que es además de muy sanador para mí; es mi misión de vida "Ayudar". Espero captar su atención y que hayan despertado en algo lo que viví. Lo más importante es no faltarnos el respeto, y hacernos respetar. Es tener una base sólida, sacar fuerzas del cielo y del universo para poder llegar hasta las últimas consecuencias. Y si sufriste un abuso, una violación o maltrato, tienes que saber que sí se puede salir de esto, se debe ser fuerte y valiente y te juro que volverás a ser feliz. Nunca me detendré hasta poder ayudar, es peor que la pandemia Covid-19. El abuso, la violación y el maltrato sucede en todas las edades y depende de nosotros ayudar a un vecino, pariente o quien sea lea Mi Alterego. Al escribir este maravilloso libro, que debe estar en todos los hogares del mundo logré encontrar la misión en mi vida, la cual es que Dios me envió por haber vivido abuso, violación y maltrato durante mi vida en mi familia para poder ayudar. Quiero decirles que SI se puede ser feliz aunque te hayas tenido una violación, un abuso o un maltrato físico o maltrato psicológico. Yo te enseño el cómo encontrar la valentía y coraje que tuve yo para hacerlo. Lograrás amarte más, lograr tus sueños y metas y visualizarte como una mujer sana y feliz. Todo en compañía de Dios y el Universo y mi equipo médico que es muy importante para sanar las heridas. Doy gracias porque encontré la paz. Y no descansaré hasta ayudar a cientos o miles de niños o niñas o adolescentes que hayan sufrido abuso, violación y maltrato.
