Das Buch ist kein Ratgeber. Die Leser können aber erkennen und lernen, wie man mit einem Mobbing-Problem umgehen kann, wie man auf die verschiedenen Situationen richtig oder falsch reagiert. Die Erzählung soll Betroffenen auch Mut machen. Es gibt immer einen Ausweg. Schließlich ist Arbeit nicht das Wichtigste im Leben.
