Líderes da igreja atual têm invertido a ordem dessa declaração de tal modo que agora se percebe o oleiro na mão do vaso , i.e., Deus na mão do homem, moldado à sua vontade, aos seus caprichos e prazeres, aos seus interesses terrenos em detrimento dos eternos, à sua maneira de interpretação em detrimento da verdade escriturística, às suas doutrinas teológicas que destoam da realidade divina, jargonizando a fé para o alcance de bênçãos imediatas que refletem ensinamentos antibíblicos: “EU determino!” “EU declaro!” “EU profetiizo!” “EU... EU...EU...” - dEUs. Nem todos os líderes eclesiásticos são usurpadores do Reino, mas os que não assumem a sua posição de vaso na mão do Oleiro tendem a distorcer a verdade de Deus explícita nas Escrituras Sagradas em favor de teologias que não lhe correspondem, pois não interpretam fielmente os versículos bíblicos, colocando as coisas do homem acima das coisas de Deus: não buscam em primeiro lugar o Reino de Deus e a sua justiça (Mt 6:33), mas querem que todas as coisas lhes sejam acrescentadas; não buscam o pendor do Espírito, mas da carne e suas necessidades temporais. O propósito de Deus é que cada filho seu tenha o caráter de seu Filho, Jesus. Afinal, somos herdeiros de Deus e coerdeiros com Cristo (Rm 8:6,17). O termo teologia designa o estudo sobre Deus, mas isso não significa que toda teologia tenha credibilidade. A teologia que versa sobre Deus como centro se pauta em uma abordagem séria e responsável dos livros sagrados do Antigo e do Novo Testamento sob um enfoque panorâmico que trata da revelação divina à humanidade desde a sua queda até a sua salvação por Cristo, ressaltando ensinamentos cuja exegese se harmoniza com o texto bíblico. A Igreja de Cristo, no entanto, lugar sem ruga nem mácula, onde se deve ensinar a doutrina de Deus pura e santa deve ser um lugar de bênção, e não de maldição. Para tanto, devem-se evitar vozes estranhas como profetadas e linguagens ininteligíveis, barganhas com Deus, curas por milagreiros, falso pentecostalismo como cair no espírito, imitações de animais, malabarismos corporais em danças e rodopios etc. que resultam em um culto irracional, em contradição a Romanos 12:1, baseado em doutrinas de demônios onde se cometem blasfêmias contra o Espírito Santo (Mt 12:31). Isso definitivamente não á a Igreja de Jesus Cristo, a Árvore da Vida cujos frutos são bons e aprovados por Deus para alimentar a mente, o coração e o espírito. (Mt 7:16; Jo 15:1-5) “Desperta, ó tu que dormes, e levanta-te dentre os mortos, e Cristo te esclarecerá” (Ef 5:14).
