Diversi gli stili, molti i temi, infinite le sfumature della parola e della punteggiatura, sorella e amica di pause silenziose e versi apparentemente interrotti, ma quello che ci ha profondamente colpito è quella che potremmo definire pudicizia di sentimenti, quel modo, ormai raro e sconosciuto, di trattare gli affetti e le emozioni che animano il nostro cuore con rispetto, restituendo loro un candore primordiale, reso potentissimo dalla forza della loro espressione “limitata”. È un sentimento che attraversa tutta la raccolta ma sentiamo che si accende – in ossimorica realizzazione – proprio quando la voce dell’autrice si fa più guardinga – passateci l’espressione – nel volerci mettere a parte di quel mondo personalissimo di un ricordo, per esempio, soprattutto quando coinvolge altre persone. Norma Malacrida nasce a Bisaccia (AV) il 14 dicembre 1937, ma risiede a Termoli (CB) da sempre. Insegnante di Scuola Elementare in pensione dal 2002, dopo quarantasei anni di servizio, ha dedicato tutta se stessa alla famiglia e al lavoro in una totale donazione, in uno scambio di ruoli ben articolati ed integrati che si sono completati ed arricchiti vicendevolmente. Ha concluso il suo servizio di insegnante ricevendo un Diploma di Benemerenza da parte del Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca con Medaglia d’oro, a firma del Presidente della Repubblica Carlo Azeglio Ciampi e del Ministro Letizia Moratti. Ama il silenzio e la natura, la lettura e l’arte del bello scrivere come occasioni preziose per conoscere e conoscersi, crescere ed evadere dal quotidiano. Ha partecipato con le sue liriche a molti concorsi nazionali e internazionali ricevendo numerosi riconoscimenti e premi prestigiosi.

Barbara Tramelli’s Giovanni Paolo Lomazzo’s Trattato dell’Arte della Pittura: Color, Perspective and Anatomy investigates the context in which the writings of the painter Giovanni Lomazzo were produced, the types of theoretical and practical knowledge which they conveyed to artists and how painters in the second half of the sixteenth century shared this knowledge among themselves. In his books, Lomazzo drew on earlier and contemporary art literature, his own expertise as a painter, works of natural philosophy and his personal exchanges with contemporary artists, astrologers and ‘scientists’. Lomazzo and his work are placed in the context of the city where he operated and published, paying particular attention to the role of Milanese institutions as ‘spaces of interactions’ with colleagues and men of letters in which the material for his books was discussed and collected. Tramelli highlights three main areas of Lomazzo’s studies: color, perspective and anatomy, linking his theoretical discourse to what was known and discussed about these topics in Milan at the end of the sixteenth century.
