About the journal Morning gratitude isn't just an ordinary journal, in fact this journal is a 12 week gratitude course. Each week, from Monday to Saturday, you write 10 things you are grateful for and on Sunday you reflect and write your emotions and progress. This journal includes quotes for you to really believe in yourself and continue to practice until you complete the whole journal. We have designed this journal by understanding the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind only stores information if it's repeated again and again. By repeating again and again you start to believe in and become grateful for what you already have. When you start to believe in gratitude you attract more grateful things in your life. Your life will start to reshape the way you want.By counting your blessings you will be surprise that you already have more than you think. You will feel grateful for the rest of your day. Just imagine if you are grateful and happy, then you are giving to others the same. You will make this world a better place for you and people around you. I was depressed, overweight and tried to satisfy my unhappiness through buying material things. It wasn't until I was at my lowest point when I discovered meditation, mindfulness self awareness and gratitude.I decided to practice meditation, mindfulness and gratitude which changed the whole story of my life. I discovered there are opportunities for me to reshape my inner space with these tools and techniques, so I began to practice everyday. My daily practice includes, meditation, mindfulness, visualisation, affirmations, daily goals and gratitude every morning and in my free time and love how it releases me from my mental, emotional, physical and spiritual pain. I discovered these techniques, which allowed me to take control of my mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Although every coach is still on their own journey, I want to share my experience with others who are struggling and stuck in the same negative environment. Whether you have depression, anxiety, physical pains and aches or are looking to connect with your inner space once again to find joy, freedom and success, you can achieve it with me.Hope you enjoy your journey of self discovery and self awareness.
