Preparatevi a entrare nel capitolo più oscuro della saga di Mu. Veris Giannetti nasce a Forlì il 9 marzo 1956 e vive in provincia di Forlì. Scrive il suo primo racconto nel 1971, anno in cui inizia anche la sua vita da batterista e poi cantante in molte orchestre da ballo, anche in Norvegia, Danimarca e Svizzera. Nel 1986 è ospite a Discoring, su Rai 2, col nome d’arte Parsifal e un brano disco intitolato Carillon. Nel 1995 entra a far parte dello staff del Pavarotti & Friends in qualità di cantante dei demo del Maestro. Nel 2001 ne diventa anche corista e, durante le prove, sostituisce Pavarotti e tutti i cantanti, finendo così per duettare con artisti quali Pavarotti stesso, ma anche Bocelli, Raf, James Brown, Eric Clapton, Lou Reed, Ricky Martin, Sting eccetera. Dopo aver interrotto per molti anni la scrittura, torna a scrivere e pubblica due racconti brevi su Il Resto del Carlino di Rimini: Il disegno e Il predicatore. Questo lo incoraggia a tentare con qualcosa di più impegnativo, magari un romanzo, e scrive la saga di Mu. Il primo manoscritto ad abbandonare il suo cassetto è però Goliath, un romanzo di fantascienza pubblicato nel 2014 dalla Eden Editori di Roma. La saga di Mu, giusta al settimo volume, è tutta pubblicata da Delos Digital.

Pensa che le due cose siano collegate, ma deve ancora capire come. The Italian Gothic horror genre underwent many changes in the 1980s, with masters such as Mario Bava and Riccardo Freda dying or retiring and young filmmakers such as Lamberto Bava (Macabro, Demons) and Michele Soavi (The Church) surfacing. Horror films proved commercially successful in the first half of the decade thanks to Dario Argento (both as director and producer) and Lucio Fulci, but the rise of made-for-TV products has resulted in the gradual disappearance of genre products from the big screen.
