Most of what has been written on these pages is based upon a lifetime of observations, experiences, readings, and idle thoughts. Some of the musings, statements, rants, and quotes may be familiar in thematic content, but mostly what is presented here is a reflection of my thoughts as a free thinker. Some of what I write is a result of troubling revelations derived from an awareness of being alive and acutely sensitive to the surrounding environment, man-made and natural. As you read through these pages, you will find many musings that you can relate to with perhaps an occasional tear and a smile. I hope my poetry will be there to help anybody who has gone through hell...... I denied that what happens isn't always my fault.I'm sure you have held onto that lie also. If you are reading this book now then I know you went through the embarrassment of opening up to someone you thought could be trusted. Only to be told to "blow it off" or "put it behind you" or the classic, "there's something wrong with you".Now if you are as desperate as I was you will end up going to a therapist or doctor.Those medications will dull that emotional baggage but it will not help you heal the pain or make it go away. Don't take it the wrong way some of it will help the process but can also cause more problems like perscription drug addiction. Bad reactions going undetected can ruin your life! The whole time you are thinking that the meds are working when there not, and then that "it's my fault" comes back. I want to help you be able to express yourself. (Those meds can prevent you from doing that.) Find your way to vent all that pain and anger. It's not good to hold it in.
