EFT(Emotional Freedom Therapy), or Tapping, as it is commonly known, is a powerful therapeutic technique used for healing mental, emotional or physical issues. EFT focuses on tapping on specific parts of the body (tapping points) utilizing phrases that focus on the fundamental causes of their issues.
