Secretly, I wanted so much to believe. Secretly, I was so jealous that I was not a part of this wonderful community of believers. Never before had I experienced the comfort of belonging as I did with them. Even though I had not accepted "their" God I was still accepted by them, as one of them. This stirred a jealousy in me and created a sense of loss and separation from the group since I was not able to feel what they felt. I so wanted the Lord to enter my soul and take away the burden and the longing; moreover the emptiness I had lived with most of my life. On the morning of Saturday, January 7, 2007 the Lord sent His Spirit into the depths of my soul. I was finally free. I was finally one with Him, my Savior.CreateSpace eStore: https: //www.createspace.com/510518

This book was first published on November 11, 2014. The response has been amazing. Readers have all said they have really enjoyed becoming a part of my life as described in the book. Many older readers have had flashbulb memories when reading about my time in Chicago and my travels around the world. I know many of my readers but never shared my journey with them until the release of my personal testimony. I have also received many questions from them that I felt needed to be answered and gave me the impetus to write a revision of the original book which I am doing in this publication. I have also added photographs that I believe bring more of a 3rd/4th dimension to my story and gives readers a more personal glimpse into my life. (Due to printing costs, I have chosen to keep these black & white.) It is my personal hope that you will be both inspired by my journey and to enjoy reading about my many travels in the USA and around the world. I have done my due diligence to keep my story in chronological order, however some of my stories have had a mind of their own and have landed in various places along the way. I will start in 1960, the year of my birth and end as close to my new publishing date. There were also many temptations to include parts of my life that were not relative, which I was able NOT to include here. Perhaps a future biography. As One Devil to Another is an astonishing debut work that C. S. Lewis’s biographer and foremost Lewis authority Walter Hooper calls “a stunning achievement, the finest example of the genre of diabolical correspondence to appear since this genre was popularized by C. S. Lewis.” Enter into this chilling and diabolical tale, one that reveals the very tricks and strategies of Hell. Through a series of letters between devils created by Platt, senior devil Slashreap trains his young protégé, Scardagger, to win an individual soul away from Heaven and into their clutches. As the devils plot their way to triumph, they reveal the spiritual dangers and risks we face in today’s society. Their frighteningly accurate perspective on issues such as contemporary technology and sexual mores is interwoven with timeless matters such as the power of prayer, the purpose of suffering, and the promises held out by Heaven . . . and Hell. Destined to become a modern classic, As One Devil to Another is a brilliantly written, deeply unsettling perspective on twenty-first-century society . . . a glimpse of ourselves through the eyes of those who have embraced their underworldly existence.

The New Covenant Prophecy tells the very personal, real-life story of a Jewish believer who believes that Yeshua (Jesus) is the Jewish Messiah. His fascinating background includes being born in London into a wealthy Jewish family, parental divorce, anti-Semitism, and a supernatural spiritual experience when a Voice told him that he was loved and would be used to minister to God’s people. Written from a Messianic perspective, the author shares his spiritual discoveries in sensitive yet exciting ways that reveal the Good News of Yeshua so Jewish people can better understand the New Covenant—and Gentile believers can better understand the Church’s reconnection to Israel in the last days.

Surprised By Christ written by A. James Bernstein and has been published by this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2008 with Biography & Autobiography categories.

Raised in Queens, New York by formerly Orthodox Jewish parents, Arnold Bernstein went on his own personal quest for the God he instinctively felt was there. He was ready to accept God in whatever form He chose to reveal Himself-and that form turned out to be Christ. But Bernstein soon perceived discrepancies in the various forms of Protestant belief that surrounded him, and so his quest continued-this time for the true Church. With his Jewish heritage as a foundation, he studied and evaluated, and eventually came to the conclusion that the faith of his forefathers was fully honored and brought to completion only in the Orthodox Christian Church. Surprised by Christ combines an engrossing memoir of one man's life in historic times and situations-from the Six-Day War to the Civil Rights Movement to the Jesus Movement in Berkeley-with a deeply felt examination of the distinctives of Orthodox theology that make the Orthodox Church the true home not only for Christian Jews, but for all who seek to who seek to know God as fully.

My Sons Are Jewish written by Paula Clayman and has been published by Destiny Image Publishers this book supported file pdf, txt, epub, kindle and other format this book has been release on 2011-10-01 with Religion categories.

In her quest to discover the true nature of the question, “Who is a Jew?” author Paula Clayman emphatically unravels many exciting historical facets while tracing biblical lineages and exposing their valuable contributions. My Sons Are Jewish takes you on a journey through the Old Testament and beyond, following the story of the Jews as they carried forth the blessing of Abraham to all the people of the world. Through revisiting the ancient text of the Bible and tracing the steps of the Jews, an unbroken cord is exposed; a cord that conveyed much more than their ancient traditions and heritage. The cord brought forth the religion given to humankind, which foreshadowed all that was to be, and a promise of inheritance to all who choose to receive—including Jews who return to their roots. You will better understand Jewish history and how Christianity, rather than being a “new” religion, is a continuation of the religion of the Jews as given by God. As a result, Christians will better understand their own religious heritage and their Jewish spiritual roots—while the Jewish reader will see how Christianity arose from Judaism in its pure form.
