Autor Jacob Winter ist davon überzeugt, dass es niemals einen Urknall gegeben hat und das Universum sich deswegen auch nicht ausdehnt. Das Universum existiert über das SEIN und nicht über das WERDEN. In diesem Sinne ist dieses Buch der Versuch eines (denkenden) Laien den Zauber der Universellen Unendlichkeit (Einzahl) und der Irdischen Unendlichkeiten (Mehrzahl) zu ergründen. Dies geschieht auf einer recht ungewohnten Art der empirischen Betrachtung und ganz nach eigenem Gusto. Wobei nicht zugegriffen wird auf eingefahrene, wissenschaftliche Denkmuster und vorgegebene Denkschienen, sondern Wert gelegt wird auf neue, selbst konzipierte Herangehensweisen, vereinfachte (Zahlen-)Bezeichnungen und vor allem hochinteressante Schlussfolgerungen. Wenn Jacob Winter sich dabei ganz bewusst auf den griechischen Philosophen Sokrates und sein "Ich weiss dass ich nichts weiss"-Credo beruft, dann ist dies vor allem auch auf die eingeschliffenen, oft pseudowissenschaftlichen Erkenntnisse gemünzt, die in weitschweifigen Publikationen und in begierigen Medien hoch gehalten werden. Denken wir dabei nur an das höchst vermessene , durch nichts bewiesene Urknall-Phantasma für das gesamte Universum. Machen Sie sich mit diesem Buch auf den Weg zu einer ganz eigenen Erforschung der UNIVERSELLEN UNENDLICHKEIT (Einzahl) bzw. der (irdischen) KÜNSTLICHEN und RELIGIÖSEN UNENDLICHKEITEN (Mehrzahl). Wundern Sie sich und glauben Sie auch nicht alles was der Autor und bekennender Agnostiker Jacob Winter Ihnen hier "vorkaut". Sondern hinterfragen Sie das Ganze und freuen Sie sich über die hier vorgebrachten Denkanstösse. "Spinnen" Sie diese einfach weiter und haben Sie dabei keine Angst: "Nein, Sie "spinnen" nicht...!". Und der Autor schon mal gar nicht!

"einen Uranfang vor dem Urknall" (2005) nicht mehr ausschloss, verlor die Urknall-Kosmologie als "moderne, physikalische Version der Schöpfungsgeschichte" (DPG, Physik, 2000) ihre hervorgehobene Bedeutung und geriet schnell in Vergessenheit. A parallel investigation of both Plato's Timaeusand the contemporary standard Big Bang model of the universe shows that any possible scientific knowledge of the universe is ultimately grounded in irreducible and undemonstrable propositions. These are inventions of the human mind. The scientific knowledge of the universe is entirely composed in a series of axioms and rules of inference underlying a formalized system. There is no logical relationship between the sensible perception of a world of becoming and the formalized system of axioms known as a "scientific explanation." The "irrational gap" between perception and explanation can be appraised historically and identified in three stages: Plato's Timaeus furnishes the first example of a scientific theory dealing with a realm of ideality that cannot be derived from immediate sensible perception; the Big Bang model is constituted on the basis of the purely geometrical notion of symmetry; and in the more recent Algorithmic Theory of Information, the analysis of the purely symbolic language expressing physical reality reveals the level of complexity of any given theory formulated in this language. The result is that the probability of the universe actually conforming with simple mathematics is zero. In a formal system, a theorem contains more information than can be found in the set of axioms of this system, and it remains undecidable. In Aristotle' s language, the theorems that can be proved within a theoretical model are already potentially contained in the system of axioms underlying these theorems.

If humans behaved like monkeys, one would not have to worry about the planet earth in its physical and biological wholeness, or about its living beings of the most diverse kinds. In any case, they don't behave like monkeys. That cannot be overlooked. So what drives many people, besides the greed for power and money, to such reprehensible behavior?
