Di Bidang Ortodontik, nanopartikel dapat diterapkan untuk prosedur yang cepat dan tanpa rasa sakit untuk merapikan gigi, pergerakan rotasi, dan reposisi vertikal dalam hitungan menit hingga jam. Sistem nanorobot mungkin dapat membantu dalam pemasangan braket atau ligatur dengan presisi yang lebih tinggi, serta antibakterial.
