Initiatives, à la vérité, peu nombreuses, disséminées et souvent mal coordonnées par manque de dispositifs démocratiques, qui relèvent pourtant des biens communs ! Destiné à la collectivité scientifique, cet ouvrage devrait aussi intéresser les décideurs agricoles, industriels, politiques, associatifs qui sont acteurs dans cette transition écologique.
