Tal y como, en su opinión, debería hacer siempre ese género literario. Tras muchos intentos fallidos, en 1997 empezó esta obra. Terminada en 2001. Modificada en el 2007 para quedar subdividida en 4 partes, de las que esta forma la tercera. Traducidas al catalán en 2010 y revisadas en 2016.

El comentario, “si eres de ciencias no puedes ser de letras” en su centro de estudios, siempre estuvo muy presente. Aun así no se dejó desanimar. Siempre en sus ratos libres del estudio, se los pasaba con relatos cortos. Más adelante, con la mayoría de edad, comenzó a adquirir sensibilidad social, con lo que sus personajes comenzaron a convertirse, al igual que muchos en su misma sociedad, en personajes oscuros y llenos de dudas, inmersos, cautivos y prisioneros en un mundo lleno de tantas injusticias como su propio mundo. Convirtiendo la distopía en el centro de sus relatos, encontrando en una forma de denunciar esa realidad, sin caer en los sermoneos o el moralismo. Tal como en su opinión debería hacer siempre este genero literario. Después de muchos intentos fallidos, en el 1997 comenzó esta obra. Terminada en 2001. Modificada en el 2007 para quedar subdividida en 4 partes y revisada en el 2016.
