Se Oswaldo Stival e dona Edith tivessem nascidos em épocas diferentes, o desencontro seria certo, ou seja, essa vizinhança de tempo e espaço (pois ambos nasceram na mesma época e na mesma cidade) permitiu que se conhecessem, convivessem e se apaixonassem.
