São abordadas diversas técnicas, mantra, trabalhos com a magia elemental, uso do pentagrama esotérico e da estrela flamígera, e a se proteger com o uso do círculo mágico. O nirvana, tema do livro, é o assunto principal da aula sete, nela os estudantes aprendem sobre as diversas provas que são aplicadas ao neófito quando no Caminho. Também nesta última, é explicada sobre as três montanhas, a ressurreição do Cristo e a união das três forças primárias: O Pai, O Filho e o Espírito Santo, objetivo da auto-realização íntima do Ser. Embora, os conceitos estudados sejam os gnósticos, no livro existe um paralelo entre as diversas religiões de cunho esotérico do mundo. O livro todo é focado na morte do ego e no sexo sem ejaculação, como forma de despertar o kundalini e a Consciência.
