Simultaneamente criam leis para confundir a compreenção e defendem os poderosos e as suas colossais empresas, não actuam contra os malfeitores, forçam países a cumprirem ordens de carteis, especialmente os carteis quimico e financeiro, dissimulam aqueles que lucram com estes negócios ilícitos, aceitando inverdades, como não existissem leis sobre estes actos.
