O problema do contrato administrativo que o Codigo dos Contratos Publicos (CCP) coloca e o problema do ambito do contrato administrativo, que decorre do enorme alargamento a que o Codigo procedeu da figura do contrato administrativo, e o problema do conteudo dos regimes substantivos aplicaveis aos contratos administrativos, em particular no que diz respeito aos contratos que n?o correspondem ao paradigma tradicional dos contratos de colaborac?o subordinada. Este e o objeto da analise que se prop?e no presente livro. Na sua origem, esteve o relatorio do programa de uma disciplina de Direito dos Contratos Publicos que o Autor apresentou no ambito das suas provas de agregac?o, realizadas na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Catolica Portuguesa. Por esse motivo, a investigac?o foi encerrada em setembro de 2017. Ainda nela s?o, no entanto, consideradas as modificac?es decorrentes da recente revis?o do CCP, que parece ter, no entanto, constituido uma oportunidade perdida quanto a este ponto. Esta e uma raz?o que justifica a oportunidade da publicac?o deste livro neste momento.
