Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Wissensmanagement (Knowledge-Management, KM) ist eines der Schlagwörter in den letzten Jahren des vergangenen Jahrzehnts gewesen. Die Bedeutung von Wissen wird durch den Wandel der deutschen Volkswirtschaft verdeutlicht, die sich verstärkt auf Dienstleistungen konzentriert und lohnintensive Tätigkeiten in der Produktion abbaut. In allen Branchen, insbesondere bei Dienstleistungsunternehmen wird Wissen als Produktionsfaktor benötigt, im Bedarfsfall hat es umgehend am richtigen Ort in der richtigen Form und zur richtigen Zeit zur Verfügung zu stehen und ist anzuwenden. Wissen unterstützt somit die Erreichung der Unternehmensziele wie z.B. Sicherung der langfristigen Existenz des Unternehmens. Große Unternehmen, deren Schwerpunkt in den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen liegt, haben die Zentralität des Wissens der Mitarbeiter erkannt. Dabei soll das vorhandene, aber noch nicht bekannte Wissen zum Erfolg des Unternehmens beitragen, da dieses nicht erst außerhalb des Unternehmens beschafft werden muss. Der Mittelstand wird nicht über die umfangreiche Ressourcenausstattung großer Unternehmen verfügen, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass Wissensmanagement nur in großen Unternehmen eingeführt werden kann. In dieser Arbeit werden ausgesuchte organisatorische und technische Aspekte bei der Einführung und der anschließenden dauerhaften Umsetzung von Wissensmanagement in und für mittelständische Unternehmen aufgezeigt. Gang der Untersuchung: Im Anschluss an die Einführung werden im zweiten Kapitel die theoretischen Grundlagen des Wissensmanagements dargestellt. Wissen wird in den unterschiedlichen Formen erläutert, die Prozesse der Wissensumwandlung dargestellt sowie der Begriff Wissensmanagement charakterisiert und definiert. Die Bausteine des Wissensmanagements werden dargestellt. Da der Wissenstransfer nicht reibungslos durchführbar ist, werden die möglichen Barrieren beim Transfer von Wissen sowohl intraorganisational als auch außerhalb der Organisation dargestellt. Daran folgend werden Anforderungen an eine ökonomische Erschließung der Ressource Wissen definiert. Das dritte Kapitel zeigt die organisatorischen und technischen Gestaltungsdimensionen einschließlich der unterstützenden Strukturelemente bei der Einführung und anschließenden Umsetzung von Wissensmanagement auf. Prior to this, researchers commonly referred to Web 1. 0 as Electronic C- merce or E-Business. Where as, web 1. 0 focused on a read only web interface, Web 2. 0 focuses on a read-write interface where value emerges from the contri- tion of a large volume of users. The Internet initially focused on the command and control of the information itself. Information was controlled by a relative small number of resources but distributed to a large number which spawned the massive growth of the web itself. Like television before it, the web allowed for the broadcasting of information to a large number of users. Initial web sites were built simply to communicate presence or provide information on the business - self. This component includes information like marketing materials, investor re- tions, employment opportunities, and product information.
