Meeting your mate, or as the case may be, mates at a party drunk is not the best way to get to know each other. Them leaving you in bed after sleeping with you is even less cool. Getting rejected by a simple note is definitely worse. But them being your future Alphas of the Blood Moon pack takes the damn cake in the history of bad situations. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened to Ava Smith. Being only 16 at the time, she ran without looking back. Little did she know that she was pregnant with triplets, but she made it work with her friends turned family. Fearing that her ex-mates would reject their children like they did her, her little family stayed as rogues. But they did more than just survive, they thrived. Creating the "Smith Organization" to help other rogues, Ava with her friends make the best of what could have been an awful life. However, life apparently had a hate for Ava and got her kidnapped by a group of Hunters. Barely escaping that same group, her pups, Emma, Jackson and Ethan, are forced to go to their fathers. Things just couldn't get worse.

'I believe there are many of us who have been wounded by God's people. And I believe there are those of you who have been so wounded, that you have confused God's people with God, and so have run from Him. The purpose of this book is to help you get past your wounds...to move forward into the joy and fellowship of God's presence, claiming the fullness of the blessings He has for you. God loves the wounded. I know.' In her most personal book to date, much loved author Anne Graham Lotz looks at a deeply painful question: what to do when we suffer rejection and hardship at the hands of other believers. Drawing on the story of Hagar, Abraham's mistreated servant, Anne shares the good news of healing and hope, offered by a God who loves us all - especially those on the periphery. An inspiring blend of Old Testament narrative with the author's own experience, this is a book that will show you that, just like Hagar found, 'you can't outrun God'.

Peer rejection has been considered as one of the most important phenomena. Over the last two decades, researchers have paid considerable attention to gain deeper understanding of the phenomenon of peer rejection. The importance of rejected peer status for our social and communal life leads to examine social experiences and self perceptions of such children. Investigating social worlds of rejected children gives a better opportunity to evaluate their situation from an educational perspective as well as a sociological one. The primary focus of this book is to deepen understanding of the meaning and the significance the social world has for children who are rejected and to gain deeper insights into how they structure their worlds to develop their own explanations for their social interactions with peers. The current study, which is supported by symbolic interaction theory, employs an ethnographic approach to investigate the social-worlds of rejected children. Characteristics, short-and long-term consequences, educational aspirations, and intervention strategies of peer rejection are the main concepts being discussed in this book.
