Whether we like it or not, the health of our society is bad and getting worse. Essen wie es unsere Vorfahren taten, das ist die Kurzfassung, wenn man wissen mochte, was die Steinzeiternahrung eigentlich ist. Innerhalb der Paleo-Szene ist das Nachkochen von diversen Fast-Food Gerichten verpont. Auch ich teilte die Meinung lange Zeit: "Bloss keine traditionellen Gerichte nachkochen..." Die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass viele es wirklich schaffen, von heute auf morgen auf bestimmte Lebensmittel zu verzichten und sich auf frische Lebensmittel zu fokussieren. Jedoch gibt es einen gewissen Protzentsatz, der damit seine Probleme hat. Denen fallt es schwer auf Brot, Nudeln, Pizza etc. zu verzichten, gerade dann, wenn solche Lebensmittel / Gerichte einen ein Leben lang begleitet haben. Gerade den Menschen, die Probleme haben loszulassen, kann es psychologisch helfen zu wissen, dass man bestimmte Gerichte wie Pizza oder Spaghetti mit einfachen Mitteln nachkochen kann. Gerade Paleo-Eltern mit Kindern haben es schwer, bedingt dadurch dass ihr(e) Sprossling(e) den sogenannten Umwelteinflussen wie Kindergeburtstage, Essen bei Freunden (incl. Ubernachtung), Schulessen usw. ausgesetzt sind. Was wird in der Regel bei einem typischen Kindergeburtstag aufgetischt? Pizza, Hamburger, Spaghetti usw. Und dann ist das Geschrei des Kindes gross, wenn es solche Gerichte zuhause niemals gibt. Da hilft es, wenn man den Kindern hin und wieder ein Gericht wie Pizza auf Paleo-Art servieren kann. Gerade Freunde, Bekannte usw. kriegen naturlich irgendwann mit, dass man selbst ein wenig von der traditionellen Art des Essens abgewichen ist. Klar, dass Fragen auftauchen. Die beste Art jemanden von der Steinzeiternahrung zu uberzeugen ist, wenn man denjenigen zum Essen nach Hause einladt und ein leckeres Paleo-Gericht kocht. Was ware, wenn man dann eine leckere Gemuse-Pizza aus Mandel- und Pfeilwurzmehl den Gasten vorsetzt und dann das Erstaunen in ihren Gesichtern zu sehen ist, dass das Gericht wirklich toll schmeckt. Es geht mir hier nicht darum, Menschen die Paleo nicht kennen, zur Steinzeiternahrung zu bekehren. Es geht mir auch nicht darum, jetzt jeden Tag ein Gericht aus der Paleo-Fast-Food Ecke zu kochen. Nein, mir geht es einfach darum, dass man ein paar Paleo-Fast-Food Gerichte im Repertoire hat, fur bestimmte Falle oder Anlasse, wie hier erwahnt. Alles easy und alles ungezwungen.
