Leggendo il testo della legge italiana, n. 211 del 20 luglio 2000, ci si accorge che il “Giorno della Memoria” è stato istituito dal nostro Parlamento per ricordare solo alcune vittime del nazionalsocialismo. Solo gli italiani, ebrei, prigionieri politici e IMI (Internati militari italiani) fanno parte dell’elenco delle vittime citate nel testo della legge, e mancano all’appello gli omosessuali, i Rom, i Sinti, i Testimoni di Geova e tutte le altre categorie presenti all’interno dei Lager. Una memoria dunque assai parziale, tutta concentrata solamente su alcuni perseguitati italiani, ignorando gli altri che, per il legislatore nostrano, evidentemente avevano avuto il difetto di non possedere tutti i requisiti per essere ricordati. Aprendo così una nuova pagina legata all’intolleranza, l’omofobia e l’odio che abbiamo già tristemente vissuto con il nazismo. Nel ricordare giustamente la follia distruttiva sul popolo ebraico, o sugli inermi prigionieri di guerra italiani, non si doveva dimenticare i Testimoni di Geova, i Rom, i Sinti, gli omosessuali deportati. A tutt’oggi ci si chiede perché si miri a commemorare solo alcuni “olocausti”, rimuovendo la memoria di tutti gli altri o minimizzando l’impatto di un disegno più ampio di chiara impronta xenofoba e omofoba. In realtà la domanda va posta ai legislatori italiani che istituirono il Giorno della Memoria Corta, che mutilata si presta ad attacchi, ignoranze e revisionismi.

Más acertada es la denominación más antigua: Derecho Criminal. No se denomina al Derecho privado (contrato y delito) Derecho de la reparación del daño; y la ciencia médica se ocupa ante todo de la enfermedad mientras la medicina y otros tratamientos están en segunda línea.
