Dan, peserta yang merupakan orang umum yang hadir untuk melihat pameran tersebut. Untuk memudahkan para partisipan dan peserta, diperlukannya website kegiatan pameran yang menjelaskan apa isi dari pameran tersebut. Pembuatan situs akan dijelaskan pada Bab 1. Instalasi WordPress, Bab 2. Instalasi Plugin Website, dan Bab 3. Pembuatan Landing Page. Kemudian, para partisipan perlu menyerahkan materi-materi pameran melalui Google Drive dan JotForm yang akan dijelaskan pada Bab 4. Pengumpulan Materi Pameran melalui Google Drive, Bab 5. Unggah Materi Video ke YouTube, dan Bab 6. Formulir Pendaftaran dengan JotForm. Setelah itu, tentunya Anda membutuhkan ruangan metaverse untuk setiap partisipan dan sebuah ruang masuk atau lobby yang akan menampilkan seluruh ruangan-ruangan metaverse yang sudah dibuat. Ruangan tersebut akan dijelaskan pada Bab 7. Memasang Identitas Peserta di Ruang Pamer, dan Bab 8. Membuat Ruang Masuk Peserta.
