Buku ini bertujuan untuk menjadi sumber informasi bagi masyarakat desa, hingga pendatang di desa, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui potensi tanaman obat dan pangan yang ada di Desa Kambuno. Hasil observasi yang dilakukan oleh tim riset keilmuan LPDP menunjukkan bahwa Kambuno memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi sumber tanaman obat tradisional maupun pangan di masa yang akan datang.
