Uivos e gritos contínuos de um povo em aflição indizível, jazendo em sofrimento e cadeias. Por cima do vale, pairam as desoladoras nuvens da confusão, e a morte está sempre com as asas abertas. É tudo completamente terrível, lúgubre e sem ordem”.
