Este texto es la Constitución de 1993 con todas sus reformas hasta el 9 de enero de 2019. La Constitución Política del Perú es el máximo ordenamiento jurídico de la nación, su jerarquía es superior a todas las leyes y tratados y establece de manera clara y sintética las aspiraciones, derechos y obligaciones entre los peruanos, así como limita a los poderes institucionales y establece las normas de convivencia y relación entre Estado y Sociedad.Entre los principales cambios observados destacan el fortalecimiento tanto del ejecutivo, con la extensión de facultades presidenciales y la posibilidad de reelección, como del legislativo, con el retorno al sistema unicameral.Estos cambios deben entenderse en el contexto de un castigo a una clase política con la que el electorado no se sentía ya identificado.Algunas de las modificaciones tienen un carácter regresivo respecto al texto constitucional de 1979. Así ocurre con la reforma agraria que deja de ser mencionada, del mismo modo que limita la protección de los trabajadores al solo competerle al Estado su defensa ante el despido injustificado.Pero al mismo tiempo hecha a andar políticas de avanzada como el formalizar el referéndum o con la creación de la defensoría del pueblo y del Consejo Nacional de la Magistratura.En síntesis, está constitución establece las fuentes filosóficas, sociales, políticas, económicas y jurídicas de las que abreva todo el derecho peruano.
